FEBRUARY 25 | defining digital citizenship VIRTUAL EDITION
This time we are going to do things a bit differently. Our workshop is VIRTUAL and will be modeling ways to share information asynchronously with a group. This workshop will take you about 90 minutes to complete, the same amount of time we usually meet face-to-face.
We will center our discussion on strategies to address your school/district’s unique Digital Citizenship needs. Digital Citizenship is not just about recognizing and dealing with online hazards, but building safe spaces and communities. As a leader you best understand what your school/district must consider areas of priority essential for your learning and teaching environments, and are an advocate to model and teach safe, legal and ethical use of technology. I encourage you to email me questions you may have as you complete this module.
BUT FIRST, SOMETHING TO HELP YOU GET STARTED...
Watch this brief video to get up to speed on how to interact with this virtual workshop, as well as updates and reminders.
LET'S BEGIN...
