JANUARY 28TH | Implementing the Culture You Want to See
Welcome to our third professional capacity building workshop. In the last session we discussed researched frameworks that will support your vision and lay a strong foundation for your initiative. In this session we will explore ways to create the culture you want to see in your schools to support digital learning and teaching. Your initiative is not about technology, it's about changing the way we think and learn.
Essential Questions:
What skills are needed to transition to digital teaching and learning resources?
How can these skills be delivered and sustained for our LEA teachers and administrators?
From the Alamance/Burlington Technology Action Plan, Strategic Priority 5: 21st Century Leadership for All Schools and Districts.
Our Goals:
Consider the activities and information in these sessions and share them with your Learning Teams!
